Hello
Second Nature was launched by Connie Kwok on Wednesday, October 22 2008.  This blog continues to grow, contract, and expand through Connie’s interests of health, fitness, and nutrition.

It hopes to offer front-page news, factual tidbits, recipes, smart shopping, personal lab rat experiences, back-page gossip, pros and cons of your favourite products, food for thought, butt workouts, inspirational words, and everything else that would fall under the dome of personal and preventive health.

What’s Cooking
Recipe: Health & Balance

Ingredients:
Physical, Mental, & Spiritual Being
Food, Herbs, & Supplements
Breathing, Laughter, & Acceptance
Forgiveness, Openness, & Love
Passion, Possibilities, & Potential

Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Allow it to sit, settle, & sink in for approximately 15 minutes or until you feel warm & slightly uplifted.

Viewers Discretion Advised: Over consumption may cause inspiration, encouragement, & enthusiasm to moving forward with the possibility of optimum health & well-being. Or simply feeling a little more cultivated.

    wei wei… i just love ur “what’s cooking” part, but it would help a little more if u could include where u get da ingredients, that would be great…. by da way, did i mention i love ur whole blog, da colors, layout, ideas, etc. love love them…. keep up da gd. work
