Sexy Friends + Sexy Food = Making Love in the Kitchen
This weekend I invited some friends to spend Valentine’s Day at my “Making Love in the Kitchen Workshop.” This workshop was a fun, practical, and inspirational approach to making love to healthy foods. Keeping it simple, natural, and fresh with an emphasis on food preparation that fuelled our bodies and nourished our soul. Thanks ladies for bringing it to a climax!

Connie! You did a great job from start to finish. You are all about balance! The most personal touch mixed with the most authentic food prep, recipes, cutting edge nutrition, the up-to-date posting on the internet. You think of everything. Thanks for counting me in, I enjoyed it so much. I want to take your next one.
